This 37-square-meter studio in Vila Madalena—located in a building designed by Triptyque—has become one of my favorites, as we managed to maximize the space and design a highly functional apartment despite the compact footprint. Our client’s goal was to renovate and elevate the space, with the aim of adding value to the property for the rental market.
