In this 70m² (753 sq ft) apartment located in Sumaré, several interventions were necessary to make it more practical, functional, timeless, and simple—just as the young client desired. To create a home office integrated with the social area, the second bedroom was removed. The kitchen features all the essential functions for the space, though it takes on a more compact layout, as the client does not cook frequently. Another request was for a spacious social area; to achieve this, the firm integrated the kitchen and the terrace.
