With the desire to integrate the living room with the kitchen, create a suite with plenty of usable space, and have a balcony with a barbecue to enjoy moments of relaxation, Espacial Arquitetos, led by architects Larissa Teixeira and Reginaldo Machado, drew inspiration from New York lofts. They brought a strong urban concept, bringing the city inside this 180m² apartment located on Cônego Eugênio Leite Street, in Pinheiros, São Paulo. Seeking practical and intelligent solutions, the partners made the most of the entire space and the existing construction system.
