Primavera Office, the first LEED Platinum certified building in Florianópolis/SC, is a commercial building designed to provide thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and easy access to transportation and services. It also offers infrastructure for electric vehicle charging, bicycle racks and changing rooms, and open spaces for socialization, among other sustainable strategies. The project consists of 4 standard floors and a duplex floor with a mezzanine, totaling 6 stories. It also features a ground floor, 2 underground parking levels, and a rooftop configured as a commercial space.
