Text description provided by the architects. Superlimão is behind the architectural design of the new Westwing store in Campinas, in the state of São Paulo. Following the concept created by the firm to adapt the brand, widely known for its e-commerce, to the physical world, the starting point was to address the omnichannel concept through architecture. As a result, the journey through the store resembles the customer experience on the Westwing website. In addition to simplified navigation and an intuitive layout of the products, computers and tablets distributed throughout the space allow consumers to expand their experience by connecting and complementing both dimensions.
