Text description provided by the architects. O Granel is an agricultural structure located on a property in the center of Cais do Pico, in São Roque do Pico. The property's main house, locally known as Casa da Farmácia, dates back to the 17th/18th century and is one of the most significant buildings in the waterfront area of Cais do Pico, not only due to its size and refined design but also because it houses the town's pharmacy.
