Text description provided by the architects. Measuring 68 square meters (732 square feet), the Santana Apartment is located in the neighborhood that gives the project its name, in the northern zone of São Paulo. It belongs to a young couple whose essential requirements were that the home reflect their personality, while offering functionality, warmth, and a light color palette. The property is located in a building approximately 30 years old and is where the client lived during her childhood.
