Text description provided by the architects. The continued renewal of Chongqing's Dian Ce Cun district is organically layering urban vibrancy, neighborhood vitality, and high-quality living into a denser, more dynamic model of contemporary life. In 2021, China Resources Land and Hongkong Land jointly entered Chongqing's Guanyinqiao area, making Guanchen a key urban renewal project in the city's core. As the final chapter of the Guanchen series, Wangyunchao spans over 60 mu and serves not only as a major residential development in the city center, but also as an exploration of new urban living models in the context of "second urbanization."
