Text description provided by the architects. Within a consolidated urban context, the building occupies two opposing lots that border distinct street levels. Taking advantage of the pronounced difference in elevation between these two street fronts, part of the building is elevated, creating a qualified space beneath it. This allows for a visual, physical, and therefore urban connection, making it possible to understand the building within the fabric of that section of the city. In this way, we are invited to cross the block, experiencing a broad sense of urban space that is now fluid, with a clear intention of confronting the human versus urban scale, contributing to a logical understanding of the city.
