Text description provided by the architects. Built in the early 20th century by the Müller Stellmann couple, this historic home once radiated grandeur but eventually fell into disrepair. After the death of its last heirs, the house remained frozen in time—filled with furniture, books, and personal belongings, waiting for inhabitants who would never return. Like many buildings in Chihuahua’s historic center, it deteriorated: ceilings collapsed, windows were vandalized, and a fallen wall led to looting and urban decline.
