The house is located at the highest point of the lot, allowing for harmonious integration with the surroundings and better views. The arrangement of the volumes at the back of the lot, the semi-buried service floor and the landscaping minimize the visual impact from the street, reinforcing privacy and maintaining coherence with the surrounding landscape.
