An architecture for living in the office

The workplace is used for long periods of time, hence its architecture must be pleasing and varied. The project wants to achieve, in addition to an efficient and elegant workplace,  an architecture that improves the street, the neighborhood and the functional space of work.

A public image with identity

Floor Plan 01 01

The image of the building is presented in its own unique way, ergo, it’s built on its own terms. We interpreted the ordinance, construction, and program with formal autonomy in order to create a building with identity.

A green resource

Section 01 01

The inclusion of vegetation and trees in the project is done by allocating them in wide and sufficient spaces:on the outside, in a neat and modulated square, which is a visual treat for the neighborhood, and on the inside, in two large lobbies or galleries with plenty of natural light, where people feel at ease.

An efficiency of space

Schemes 02

The modulation of the building, in its structure and in its distribution, allows a good logistical execution that contributes to the speed and efficiency of work.

A passive climate. The location, orientation and design of the facades make them efficient devices for solar protection; the galleries allow sunlight control and the awnings protect from the low and intense summer sun. The disposition also allows the volume of the building to block Madrid’s terrible western winds.
