Remember Zebra’s holographic sheets we presented you back in February? Well, Zebra Imaging has released new videos that show how this technology can be used for planners/urban designers (as seen on Seattle’s video above), or to get an accurate preview of HVAC.
Price for this sheets? $1,500 for a 12- x 18-inch version to $3,500 for the largest 2- x 3-foot size.

What kind of modeling software does this thing use? is it compatible with 3D Studio, etc?
fantasticaly… real future… I think the connection to the 3DS and AutuCad is the question of time only…
saw the demo – needs more work. downside is it needs a single light source – not good for large public presentations. also the angle of viewing is limited – lower than 12″ the model disappears. gimmickies like the cracker-jack box suprises you get as a kid…. 4/10
