LOL. This is kind of… old!
Koolhaas is a genius. The only one in architecture saying something new. Koolhaas got the buildings in paper famous, sometimes more famous than the built ones.
Koolhas creates a aura around his buildintgs thar makes them unreal. When we see them we feel a little lack of anything.
We miss the unreal, the real is untasteable.
I remember John Ford, the real is bad, and the legend is good.
Koolhaas is a really talent, but there is a lack of anything to fill 100%.
Hey, does anyone know what book he was reading? It looked like it had a REX project in it… Thanks
That’s a collabaration work of OMA&REX, acturally Seattle Library as well.
REX is just a thief of OMA- without OMA- REX would be nothing.
REX is good at regurgitating what he learned from Koolhaas in college and while he worked for him.
in the video 0:28 -> http://www.big.dk/projects/ted/
is there any relation ? they look the same.
