Over the weekend I took some time to assemble my LEGO Sears Tower, the legendary skyscraper located in Chicago designed by SOM.
This LEGO set was designed by Adam Reed Tucker, who has also put out more complex sets such as the Guggenheim Museum and the Fallingwater House
.
This one looks great on my desk, and will shortly join the
Empire State Building, the John Hancock Center
, and not much of a fan, but just to complete the series, the Seattle Space Needle
.
More photos after the break:

It is way too simple…
In my opinion I think this is the best of the series by far…the hancock is really bad.
bet that cost 30 bucks…if not more. sleek, but not worth the money.
$18 :)
and it was totally worth it!
I’ve already got the fallingwater and the John hancock center. Going to collect them all.
not bad – shows the composition well, but the scale of the blocks is way out….
Absolute waste of money.
ˆAbsolute waste of comment.
muy buena forma de construir en miniatura
weekend fun?
that sounds very interesting but seems to be bit too small?
I wouldn’t mind to pay bit more to get bigger size model if they can produce…
