House / Yury Permyakov
Yury Permyakov designed a simple house that adheres to the client’s main concern: to maximize the seperation from the neighboring houses. The 300 sqm house is seen as some “kind of pearl” that wrapped by a protective layer, and only a slight sliver of the inner surface of the facade is left open. The exterior protective surface is a coarse dark-colored metal sheets with small holes.

why are the chimneys unintegrated into the design. seems like the roof is too important for that carelessness.
and how is the process diagram helpful. what do we get out of it that we cant tell already with the aerial perspectives.
Скука. Реклама. Неэффективная.
student project and not the best one… process diagram is about nothing and there is no other idea behind that… sad project.
Hey, look everyone – its a folding plane! How novel.
If the client really wants to disengage so much from his community and ‘maximise his separation” I personally would have pitched the Terra Nova Laser 2 to him or her. A 1.5kg tent. The client could head into a forest in Caucuses and never have to worry about dealing with anyone.
Советский Союз. тамбуры, лестницы двухмаршевые…
ты бы хоть штампы эти дурацкие убрал с чертежей
