Developed by United Real Estate Company, KIPCO Tower is located in the city’s financial district, and is known as one of the most innovative and industrially distinguished structures in Kuwait.

The offices have flexible mechanisms allowing tenants to customize the layout and improve space and facilities utilization. With considerable land space, KIPCO Tower offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the city and alternatively the Arabian Gulf.

KIPCO Towers’ one, two and three bedroom apartments are fitted with a technology to control lighting, HVAC, blinds, and other systems using wireless touch screens, voice control, and smart phones. The commercial component caters to both tenants and visitors by offering a variety of local and international F&B concepts in addition to retail shops.
