The proposal collects all required programme – main building, guest house and terraces into one single volume, with sea views from all rooms.

The volume has been modified to bring out the best from the natural conditions at the site. The tilted form of the plan provides unique and varied views, light conditions and different types of places for relaxed stay, both indoors and outdoors. The house is entirely built in untreated local pine wood.
