Text description provided by the architects. The project consists of two volumes of residential units that are situated above a one story underground parking area spaces. Each of residential volumes has its own vertical circulation. There is a total of 17 flats each the size of about 100 sqm. On the ground floor, flats are placed just on the park side with their own private gardens.
