The site is in a flat landscape with a lot of wind comming from all directions. The roadstop has nieches to sit in in three different directions so that one can choose where to sit according to the wind conditions and the pasing of the sun/midnight sun.

Im a second year architecture student and we were recently given a similar brief of designing a small timber seating structure. I think that this piece combines all the elements that I researched beautifully. Its both simple and poetic.
