Descripción enviada por el equipo del proyecto. Espacio abandonado - La mayoría de las personas intenta producir la máxima eficiencia con el mínimo marco legal bajo las condiciones dadas. Sin embargo, cuando prevalece la obsesión por cumplir estrictamente con los límites mínimos de la ley, el/la arquitecto/a suele crear un edificio en forma de caja que compacta el terreno al máximo.
