Chambre des notaires de Paris (Paris' Chamber of French 'notaires')

The Umbra Light Festival Vitoria-Gasteiz will illuminate iconic spaces within the city's historic center—known as the Medieval Almond—and the Ensanche district of the Alavese capital on February 21, 22, and 23, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
