The sun protection mesh LARGO-TWIST is characterized by its tilted horizontal flat wires. Depending on the orientation of this mesh type it acts as an effective sun or privacy screen. It creates a homogenous appearance with reduced transparency and extensive brilliance.
Haver & Boecker stainless steel mesh LARGO-TWIST surpasses all previous shading values of usual wire meshes. Independent tests have shown that this wire mesh reduces the energy input of sunlight at an angle of incidence of 60° by more than 90%. The general advantages of architectural mesh as sun protection with excellent use of daylight, good transparency from the inside and natural ventilation are also retained in this type of mesh.
LARGO TWIST is a robust mesh for outdoor applications with low transparency and light reflections, very effective as solar shading. Architectural wire mesh is often used with a stainless steel look, however there are numerous options available for coloring: Painting (complete or partial) in RAL or metallic colors, digital printing, coated wires, wire mesh made of non-ferrous metal (cooper, tin bronze, brass).
