For the Pera Perou Villas project in Kefalonia, Greece, NEOKEM’s 520 Sahara Night powder coating from the Prisma Collection was specified for exterior aluminum doors, windows, and shading elements, ensuring durability and a refined fine-textured matt finish suited to the coastal climate.

Designed by Kleoniki Androni, the project comprises three private cliffside villas overlooking the Ionian Sea. The architecture blends native stone, timber, and neutral interior palettes to frame uninterrupted views. Sliding openings expand the living spaces to terraces, pergolas, and an infinity pool. The minimalist material strategy aims for a calm, timeless atmosphere that foregrounds the landscape.

NEOKEM’s Sahara Night was selected for its performance capabilities. As part of the Super Durable Sahara Series, it provides resistance to UV exposure, abrasion, and coastal conditions, which can be critical for a south-facing hillside subject to intense sun and sea air.

Its fine-textured matt metallic tone harmonizes with the natural stone and wood, helping frames recede into the architecture while ensuring long-term color stability and visual continuity. The result is a quiet, durable envelope that reinforces the project’s seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living.
