For the Villa Reale project in Stalos, NEOKEM’s 519 Sahara Nomad powder coating from the Prisma Collection was applied to the aluminum frames and shading systems. The fine-textured matt metallic finish enhances the villa’s refined aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability in the coastal environment.

Designed by Vougiouklaki Architects, the villa is a contemporary residence overlooking the Cretan Sea. Built with stone, glass, and generous outdoor living spaces, the design emphasizes openness and transitions between interior and exterior areas. Expansive glazing with sliding openings connects the main living zones to terraces, pergolas, and an infinity pool.

The Sahara Nomad finish was selected for its resistance to UV exposure, abrasion, and weathering. This powder coating is designed for performing in demanding outdoor conditions. Its warm, earthy tone harmonizes with the villa’s natural stone façades, enhancing the architectural concept of integration with the Cretan landscape.
