Isaval delivers integrated thermal insulation through its RHONATHERM ETICS System. This multi-layer façade system improves energy efficiency, protects against moisture and cracks, and enhances buildings with a wide variety of decorative finishes. Certified and compatible with green building protocols, RHONATHERM is suitable for both new and retrofitted facades.
Products
Insulation Panels:
Available in various materials such as EPS (expanded polystyrene), graphite EPS, mineral wool, and XPS (extruded polystyrene). These panels are selected based on the specific thermal and acoustic insulation needs of the project.
SATE Mortars:
Include products like Rhona T-700, a base anti-crack mortar, and Rhona T-711, a finishing mortar that provides a smooth and durable surface. These mortars are applied in layers over the insulation panels to protect them and improve adhesion to the substrate.
Reinforcement Meshes:
Fiberglass meshes like Rhonamesh T-150 and T-350 are embedded in the base mortar layer to increase tensile strength and prevent cracks on the facade. These alkali-resistant meshes contribute to the system’s durability.
SATE Fixing Dowels:
Fixing dowels, such as the STR H model, are essential to secure the SATE system. They provide additional mechanical anchoring, especially on facades exposed to high loads or on unsuitable substrates.
SATE Profiles:
Starting and drip profiles are used to define the lower level of the system and facilitate water drainage, preventing accumulation at the base of the facade. These profiles also improve the aesthetic finish.
System Finishes:
Continuous System: A uniform acrylic mortar layer that provides a smooth, resistant surface, available in a wide range of colors and textures.
Ceramic System: Incorporates ceramic coatings that offer a distinctive appearance and enhanced protection against external agents.
SATE Anchors:
Elements such as ISO-Bar and ISO-Angle PU are used to fix additional facade elements like railings or HVAC systems without compromising the integrity of the SATE system.
SATE Moldings:
Decorative moldings, such as type 1, are applied on panel joints to improve aesthetics and protect the connections between different system components.
Tools and Machinery:
Isaval offers a range of specialized tools and machinery for the correct application of the SATE system.

As part of the RHONATHERM ETICS solution, various Reviquarz decorative and protective finishes are available, each designed to provide specific technical and aesthetic performance. All finishes contribute to LEED and BREEAM certifications and are compatible with RHONATHERM systems.

TERMICO FLEXIBLE Version
For applications requiring additional crack-bridging and elastic performance due to substrate movement or demanding climatic conditions, the TERMICO FLEXIBLE version of the RHONATHERM system is recommended. This variant integrates flexible mortars and elastic finishes, such as Reviquarz Elástico Liso, to ensure high adherence, long-term flexibility, and superior weather resistance across various substrates.
