FDT is part of the Holcim group alongside Elevate EMEA, specializing in complete waterproofing systems and offering comprehensive services for all project phases. The Rhepanol system is a polyisobutylene (PIB) roofing membrane that provides high-performance waterproofing and durability. This versatile membrane caters to a wide variety of requirements for construction and renovations with flat roofs.
Rhepanol hfk
Rhepanol hfk is a versatile PIB roofing membrane ideal for flat roofs, featuring XXL widths and hot-air welding options. It simplifies high-quality sealing for various applications, including green roofs and gravel roofs. The fleece-laminated membrane is FLL-certified to DIN EN 13948 and comes in widths up to 1.50 m, allowing for fast and reliable installation. It can be mechanically fastened or glued, minimizing seam joints and installation costs while enhancing sealing quality. Additionally, methods like strip bonding and loose laying with ballast ensure the membrane can move freely and withstand various conditions.
Characteristics
Rhepanol hfk-bs
Rhepanol hfk-bs is a hot-air weldable PIB roofing membrane with integrated fire protection for all roof pitches. It improves upon Rhepanol hfk with enhanced fire resistance and can be installed directly on EPS insulation without a fire protection layer, thanks to its polyester and glass fleece lamination. It features a 1.0 mm lamination of polyester and glass fleece, a fleece-free edge, and comes in 15m x 1.50m x 2.5 mm sheets (1.5 mm sealing layer). Rhepanol hfk-bs supports mechanical fastening, strip gluing with FDT adhesive, or ballast installation (excluding green roofs).
Characteristics
Rhepanol hg
Rhepanol hg is a root- and rhizome-resistant PIB roofing membrane with an embedded glass fleece, providing both roof sealing and root protection in one. Designed for extensive and intensive green roofs, it combines polyisobutylene’s durability with reinforced glass fleece and hot-air weldable seams. Its 2.05 m sheet width reduces seams, enhancing installation efficiency and safety.
