VANK is a Polish organization dedicated to the design and production of furniture that is durable, respectful of the environment, and made with the latest technology.
The Warsaw headquarters of the international design group Arup incorporated Vank wall panels and furniture, as part of a new vision towards the regeneration of people and the planet, with environmental friendliness, less waste, and re-use as key elements of the interior design of the office space, crafted by Workplace. The interior design included the insights of experts in neuroscience in architecture, design and lighting, and ecological solutions.

VANK uses natural composites, wood, metal, fabrics, and responsibly sourced plastics.
The construction of the new office space considered the existing elements from the previous tenants, to rescue and reuse elements such as their ventilation system, toilets, and suspended ceilings.
Over 90% of all the furniture incorporated is second-hand, and the materials of the new furniture and refurbishments are recycled and natural, including mycelium, hempcrete, flax, hemp, paper, and seaweed.

The furniture by VANK has the property of adapting to changing needs within the office space. Two product families were used in the new headquarters. The VANK_CUBE coffee table, consistent with the CUBE module and a customizable top, also serves as a footrest, while the VANK_CUBE desk, which can be enlarged or reduced to transform into a front desk or standing desk, is used throughout the common areas for individual work and meetings.
The VANK_ELLIPSE acoustic panels are a modular wall attachment made of recycled and bio-based materials, designed to attenuate sound. It has two models that can be combined to create custom patterns. It comes in two-volume formats: the ELLIPSE_GLOBE and the ELLIPSE_LENS shapes, both exchangeable and mixable together.

The VANK_CUBE is a furniture family, where each piece is made of one or multiple cubes of a standard 36 cm size, that can adapt and attach. The cubes are made of flax and hemp and can be reconfigured to adapt to changing space or use requirements.

The VANK_CUBE shelving unit was stacked with CUBE units to shape the office's shelves. The collection of office cabinets was used in this project, where the designers created new forms and turned the modules into different arrangements.
