Rustic Wellness Area for Home in Ehner | Alpha Wellness Sensations

This residential spa project in Ehner, Luxembourg, integrates a pool, a shower, and a fitness center with three customized wellness rooms by the Belgian Alpha Wellness Sensations, which has its showroom in Hässelt, where the owner was inspired for the space.

The rooms for the sauna and the steam room are located on a side of the room, separated by a hallway and topped with the fitness center on the loft level, which only covers half of the first floor.

These rooms face a double-height space for the swimming pool, from which the fitness center is visible through a window wall. This and all common areas are finished in warm, light stone, except for the ceiling, covered in wooden slats.

The Abstracto sauna has indirect lighting with RGB LED fixtures installed in the false ceiling and behind the backrests, plus two sauna lamp shades. Its inside finish is in sunburnt wood veneered boards, and its outer wall and the door are made of toughened glass with a window frame matching the sauna. It has solid benches and sliding backrests, and a 12 kW sauna oven with an automatic infusion system.

The infrared cabin is the model Chaleur Lounge IR, with walls finished in sunburnt wood veneered boards. The ergonomic bench in cedar slats has full-spectrum infrared ergonomic heaters, and it has LED RGB lighting on its contours. The room also has two heaters built into the sidewalls and speakers, and its front wall and door are made of toughened glass.

Finally, the Chaleur steam room adjacent to the sauna with a 12 kW steam generator, has light benches juxtaposed against dark walls finished in EPS and Venetian plaster. These heated lounge benches are finished with mosaic tiles, and the ceiling is finished in EPS and epoxy. The room has a Kneipp hose, a fresh air inlet, a sound system, and an automatic dosing system. Aside from the lighting around the benches in LED RGB, the room has spots and a starry night ceiling. Its front wall and door are also made of toughened glass. A steam outlet for fresh air inlet is built into the room's back wall.

Each wellness facility faces the swimming pool. All three rooms were made by Alpha Wellness Sensations and its branch Alpha Design.
