Cabin Lift in a Private House | Vimec

Vimec offers state-of-the-art products with a focus on individual character and sustainability. An Easy Move cabin lift from Vimec was installed in a private house in South Africa.

For this project, the customer desired to have a lift that would allow him to move around comfortably and stylishly. That’s why the customer chose a modern and robust solution like the Vimec Easy Move home elevator. Installing the lift inside the house was easy as the customer had a space that could be used as a lift shaft. However, on the main floor, a wall needed to be added, and the customer decided to customize it with a glass panel.

Within the cabin, inox finishing gold was chosen for the control panel wall and the other two walls in glass to highlight the glass wall of the shaft. The recommendation was made to opt for a transparent glass panoramic door to maintain the natural light inside the cabin and emphasize the gold-finished wall. The customer chose to highlight the lift in the house with a wooden frame, which creates a real wow effect and elevates the home environment.
