The surface of the ALUCOBOND^® Premium Anodised model from ALUCOBOND^® is achieved by an electrochemical process that converts metal into a decorative, durable oxide layer that is both corrosion and wear-resistant. Unlike other coatings, this aluminum oxide is fully integrated with the underlying aluminum substrate, not just applied to the surface.

ALUCOBOND^® process of anodizing creates a unique oxide layer that can vary from panel to panel due to the batch process. While this might mean a color that varies slightly from the original sample, it also means that each facade panel has a truly individual appearance. As the surface of the panels is subject to natural variations, the result is a lively facade with a distinctive character.

The top-quality real anodized series comes in matt or brushed finishes with a color spectrum ranging from natural anodized to gold, and from copper to darker tones.
