Gaggenau presents its Vacuuming Drawers, designed to remove air from food packaging and containers to support food preservation and preparation workflows. Vacuuming drawers are used for sous vide cooking, marinating, portioning, and storage, helping maintain product freshness and consistency in kitchen operations.
The drawers integrate a controlled vacuuming system within a stainless steel chamber and support both internal and external vacuuming functions. The system provides up to 99% vacuum inside the chamber and up to 90% outside the chamber, depending on the selected setting.
