The Skyhatch roof access skylight from Glazing Vision is designed to offer a cost-effective means of roof access for occasional access to perform essential maintenance. Two versions of either electric or manual are available.

Skyhatch Manual

Skyhatch Electric

Glazing Vision's manual entry level access skylight requiring no electricity to operate. This version is used where there is less frequent roof access required. The latest design uses gas strut opening mechanisms which feature calibrated spring assisted openings. The new version also includes an extra grab handle and ensures the handles are mechanically fixed to the frame itself for a more durable and strong design.

Primarily designed as a maintenance access unit, the electric mechanism allows the opening to be stopped at any point to also work as a natural ventilation skylight. The extruded aluminum framework has been designed with a thermal break and comes in dual color Qualicoat approved powder coated aluminium as a standard. Easily operate the opening with the provided LED wall switch. Stable support is provided by the dual lift twin mechanism when fully opened.
