BŌK Modern has an array of fencing options which include Post-free Fence, Blade & Post Fence, Long Span Fence, Divider/ Low Fence, and Mechanical Screens.
Fence Types
The Post-Free Fence - is a unique, patented fencing system where structural support is folded directly into the panel during fabrication for an easier installation and results in a very seamless, clean design. It is available in aluminum and Cor-Ten steel in heights 4’, 5’, 6’, and 8’ tall.
The Blade and Post Fence - aims to provide a clean, nearly seamless look. It uses a thin blade for lateral support rather than a heavy dimensional post. The result is a very contemporary appearance constructed in solid metal or with a virtually infinite array of patterns.
The Long Span Fence - For applications with fewer posts and longer spans between, BŌK's Long Span Fence spans up to 8’ between posts. Panels can either be stacked horizontally for heights of 12’ and above or attached to cross members for heights up to 10’. They are also ideal for use in tall, rooftop mechanical screens as they require fewer penetrations through the roof membrane.
Dividers - An appealing solution for lower, freestanding dividers and gates. BŌK Dividers can be mounted by utilizing their simple ‘stand’ blade brackets. These installations are ideal for defining private space in multi-family residential developments and outdoor restaurant dining.
Mechanical Screens - Another solution for ground level and rooftop that offers both aesthetic and functional characteristics. BŌK mechanical screens can be mounted in some instances without posts or mounted horizontally with up to 10’ between posts to minimize intrusions through the podium or roof waterproofing system. They can also be fabricated with BŌK Modern's new louver patterns for complete coverage but with adequate ventilation. BŌK gates can be added with matching finish and pattern to achieve a custom and continuous look to the mechanical screen or divider and low gate system.
Customization
BŌK’s panels can be created from a variety of flat sheet metals that are strategically designed and laser-cut in a customizable selection of patterns and shapes. The panels can be custom formed to an infinite variety of 3-dimensional configurations.
