Flexform's underlying concept behind the Any Day family of tables and coffee/side tables dwells in the concept of subtraction.
The designer intentionally stripped the design of non-essentials, to focus on “details, proportions, execution, inherent features that define the quality of the object”. The basic idea is to set a piece of wood on a simple metal structure. The first items to grow out of this concept were a coffee/side table and a console, followed by a dining table, desk, and a series of cabinets.
The Any Day coffee table conceals practical invisible drawers while the series of Any Day cabinets come in an array of configurations that satisfy many practical needs.

- Structure with drawers in Canaletto walnut veneer with a natural finish, or stained Canaletto walnut; in ash veneer with natural finish or stained walnut, cherry, teak, coffee, wenge, ebony, or brown
- Base in metal with burnished, gunmetal finish or in white; with matt lacquered finish in sand, brick, sage green and white. Rests on tips made of thermoplastic material
- Finish Plus base in metal with satin, chrome, black chrome finish
