Teoina is a modern villa reform project in Rocafort (Valéncia) carried out by Chiralt Arquitectos Valencia. Its exterior design reinterprets organic forms with white trays that meander between its two planes. The dry stone recalls the region's emblematic pine trees both outside and inside the house. Teoina's combination of natural materials and panoramic views creates a balance between avant-garde and comfort, which is all reinforced with Andreu World's interior furniture pieces.
The reform of this modern villa takes advantage of the structure of the initial house distributed in two heights and a basement. The unique façade is marked by two levels or horizontal planes that seem to fit together simulating a rhythmic movement. The ground floor integrates the day area with the living room, dining room, and kitchen in the same open space and is connected to the outside through large windows. The home's interior plays with natural materials such as stone and wood, and the classic black-white palette is present in the design of the facade, the home's interior, and its furniture.
This natural aesthetic is further complemented with a range of Andreu World's interior furniture pieces. The kitchen is a backbone element in this modern house and is fitted with Flex High Back barstools and Manila chairs. A large island frames the space that stands out for its serenity and white-black balance. An Extra Table with a black top enhances this balance and the classic look of the entire house.
Andreu Wolrd collections offer a versatile range of size, finish, and configuration options. The tables are highly functional and durable, while the chairs have a wide variety of bases and can be specified with different colors, materials, and heights.
