The Amelie seating range from Freifrau stands for clear lines and seating comfort, even with its distinctively shaped design, Amelie is impressively changeable. The fully upholstered seat shell of the Amelie armchair is covered with a choice of fabrics or elegant leather, the cover materials for the front and back can be individually combined. The frame can also be chosen according to personal taste: elegant oak wood, stained in different colors or graceful steel frame, powder-coated.
The consistent lines of the design are underlined by piping that visually rounds off the shape of the seat and backrest surfaces. The Amelie armchair version is the perfect complement to the regular Amelie model, with the armrests ensuring even greater comfort. Arranged together around the table, the two versions create aesthetically pleasing variations.
The Amelie model from Freifrau uniquely combines high seating comfort with clear lines that have been reduced to the essentials, which are underlined by surrounding leather piping. A handcrafted diamond quilting is available on request for all models of the Amelie family. The frame can also be chosen according to personal taste: Different wooden frames or graceful steel frames. A version with a wooden frame with a cross and rotatable with the autoreturn is available.
The Amelie chair, designed by Birgit Hoffmann and Christoph Kahleyss laid the foundation stone for the Freifrau Manufaktur collection. Further variants have been developed from the original Amelie chair model, available with half, high, and without armrests. The Amelie family now includes the Amelie bench, various stools in different seat and backrest heights, the Amelie lounge chair with matching ottoman, and the Amelie Executive Armchair. In all variants, the cover materials for the front and back can be freely combined.
