The Myconian Korali is a 5-star luxury hotel located on the island of Delos in Mykonos which offers guests a beautiful and relaxing experience. The Myconian Korali is defined by pure and simple forms, fine architectural lines, spacious interiors, and breath-taking views of the Aegean Sea. In collaboration with Italian lighting company Axolight, the Orchid floor lamps and Skirt ceiling lights were selected as design elements and functional pieces for the hotel.
Design Concept
The Myconian Korali is a member of the Myconian Collection Hotels and Resorts, thus it is crafted with high-quality luxury materials. In response to its site on the island of Delos and the Aegean Sea, the Myconion Korali incorporates colorful details, impeccable fabrics, and hand-picked art pieces to create a chic and unique stay for guests. The Relais & Châteaux Restaurant is located at the heart of the Myconian Korali and offers haute cuisine made from locally sourced produce.
Axolight Pendants
The Relais & Châteaux Restaurant also provides a sophisticated yet inviting dining setting for guests with Axolight's green Skirt ceiling lamps which light up the hall. With refined sound-absorbing fabric and dynamic sinuous pleats, the Skirt luminaires create a playful and modern aesthetic within the dining space.
Throughout the bedrooms and suites, Axolight's white Orchid floor lamp is used to illuminate space while allowing guests to dim the lights accordingly. Orchid is designed with direct rays of light which emulate rays of sunshine and recall the tropical and sunlit nature of the Myconian Korali.
