Underscore InOut Pixel Top Bend 16mm is a direct light outdoor luminaire that can be mounted on the ground and floors. It is intended for use with LED light sources and 180° and 360° asymmetrical optics. The complete product comprises the optical compartment and cylindrical bollard, which needs to be ordered separately.

The optical compartment is made up of several elements: upper cover in painted aluminium; luminous flux recovery in PUMA; light emitting lens in transparent polycarbonate, extruded internal support with radially secured LED circuit; black painted die-cast aluminium cone; lower box housing the die-cast aluminium power supply; silicone gaskets for water seal between top cover, lens and cone.

• The optical compartment is installed on the lower cylindrical bollard by means of a bayonet coupling and secured by two special torx-type screws
• The bollard is available with a circular or square section and is made of extruded aluminium. It houses three stainless steel rods secured to the base strip ensuring high resistance to impacts and acts of vandalism
• Optical compartment versions available with Upward emission = 0%
• The bollard is anchored to the ground by a fixture base in die-cast aluminium alloy with low copper content and high corrosion resistance
• The external parts in aluminium undergo multi-step pre-treatment, the main stages of which are phases are: degreasing, fluorozirconation (surface protective layer) and sealing (nano-structured silane layer). The following painting stage involves primer and liquid acrylic paint cured at 150 °C to ensure high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays
• The lower part of the optical compartment is complete with a nickel-plated brass cable clamp and outgoing rubber cable H07RN-F 4x1mm L = 1700mm
• DALI 220 ÷ 240, 50 / 60Hz electronic power supply unit. The luminous flux is adjusted by the power supply unit, which is programmable via a dedicated interface (see catalogue) and the cable from the optical compartment. The power supply unit is supplied ON-OFF mode and can be converted into MIDNIGHT mode using the same interface. The DALI power supply unit is compatible with remote management systems. An active control system changes the current intensity in order to maintain the lifespan of the LEDs even under extreme thermal conditions

• The BLE - DALI interface means that all DALI products can be managed via Bluetooth Low Energy
