Saniflo in Anglesea Clinic | Saniflo

The Anglesea Gynaecology Clinic is a premium medical center considered to be one of the best in New Zealand. The facility where the clinic was located became too small for the demand, so the clinic needed to relocate and custom design the new space to meet their needs.

Due to the nature of the business, the clinic required multiple hand basins and toilets, as well as a plumbing solution that could handle the clinic’s specialist medical waste. During the design process, it became apparent that traditional gravity-fed plumbing was not an option due to the prohibitive cost to penetrate the structural slabs. The design called for a solution that could pump wastewater to the ceiling where the existing sewer line was located.

The designers chose three Saniflo products to ensure the smooth functioning of the new clinic:

• Sanispeed+ : The Sanispeed+ is a proven product with many satisfied customers.

  Its compact size allows ease of installation in small spaces, all without compromising performance. In this project, the Sanispeed+ was used for the examination rooms hand basins, and it also allowed the installation of a kitchenette.

• Sanicom1: The Sanicom is a powerful pump for greywater waste, ideal for busy commercial environments. It was perfectly suited to the clinic’s specific needs due to its ability to handle waste such as blood, contaminants, and 90-degree celsius wastewater
  
  
• Saniaccess 2: The Saniaccess 2 was the obvious choice of pump for the clinic bathroom applications as it is compact and quiet.
