The Valdebebas 127 residential project is located in the north of Madrid, it consists of a set of 201 homes with a double orientation giving park views. The residential area contains storage rooms and parking spaces, and independent commercial premises. For this project, the incorporation of the latest technologies and the application of innovative and state-of-the-art materials for construction, architecture and design such as Dekton® and Silestone® surfaces were sought.
In the design of Valdebebas 127, the ultra-compact Dekton® surfaces were used on the façade and skirting board, and custom Silestone® quartz surface was used on countertops and shower trays, covering a total surface area of almost 8,000 m2 in Cosentino cladding.
Facade
Its use in facades is thanks to its excellent attributes such as high resistance to ultraviolet rays, color stability, durability, resistance to thermal shock, high resistance to stains, reduced porosity, manufacture in large format and custom format options.
For this type of application, the Warm and Korus colors from Dekton® were used, bringing harmony and general sobriety to the project, the Warm finish in a white tone gives warmth to the building while harmonizing it with the environment. The gray shade of Korus was installed in areas of the façade to be highlighted, perfectly complementing the Warm color. The plinth has been clad in Domoos, a very elegant black shade that makes it possible to create a unique contrast with the higher volumes.
Shower trays
Cosentino surfaces have great versatility that allows them to be incorporated into interior linings such as shower trays. For this, the Kador model from Silestone® in White Zeus was chosen, which provides the excellent resistance of quartz, totally unalterable to stains and scratches, accompanied by a feeling of cleanliness, hygiene and spaciousness that Blanco Zeus delivers. This product comes with the option to create all elements to measure, adapting to the dimensions of the space, including large formats and unique geometries.
Countertops
White Zeus Silestone® by Cosentino was used to create this brighter space, guaranteeing a quality, durable, low-porosity, stain-resistance, easy maintenance and a clean, scratch and impact-resistant kitchen worktop in a wide range of colors and textures, with custom manufacturing in large formats.
