More about this product

Project: Reorganisation of Fatima Mansions
Location: Dublin 8, Ireland
Built: Completed in 2009
Manufacturers: Rodeca GmbH
Consulting & Sales: Rodeca Ltd.

Products Used: Translucent building elements - light-weight polycarbonate tongue and groove panels.

This building refurbishment was part of an overall master plan for the planning and reorganization of a large urban area in Dublin.

Named after the Fatima Mansions buildings built in the 1950s, the project was developed between 2004 and 2010. Rodeca's panel PC 2540-4 in bicolor (combination crystal and opal) was selected for the façade's rainscreen cladding and features integrated glass windows. The material gives the building a clean, finished look and integrates harmoniously with its surrounding environment.
