Alcon Lighting’s recessed LED downlight is a small-aperture architectural downlight suitable for diverse applications. The fixture is intended for spaces that require a recessed source with adjustable aiming, multiple trim options, and field-interchangeable optics. The product is suitable for new construction and renovation projects, including damp-rated interiors and wet-location configurations when specified with the appropriate plate.

The fixture uses forged aluminum construction and is available in 2-in. round, 3-in. round and 3-in. square formats. Trim and aperture configurations include standard downlight, wall wash, round pinhole and oval pinhole options.

Mounting options include a remodel non-IC driver box with spring clips, a new construction non-IC frame kit and a new construction IC-rated housing. Remodel mounting is used for finished ceilings when access is limited above the ceiling plane. New construction frame kits establish fixture placement before ceiling installation, while IC-rated housings allow direct contact with insulation in appropriate ceiling assemblies.
