You are invited to a three-day event featuring pieces from the Arquitetos Vendem selection and Empório Beraldin at special prices!

The workshop is designed for architects, engineers, designers, students, and/or academics who wish to learn about and explore the design, programming, and robotic execution of timber joinery. It will consist of two intensive days of hands-on work, covering everything from computational design to robotic timber fabrication. The workshop will be led by architect Francisco Quitral, with an introduction by architect Mauricio Vargas, MSc, both doctoral candidates at the University of Bío-Bío.

Porto Academy is the result of a deep passion for architecture as an academic discipline. Founded in 2013, Porto Academy aims to serve as a manifesto of pluralism and opportunity, grounded in close mentorship from a diverse group of architects, artists, and curators. It offers an alternative educational experience, free from pre-existing rules and dogmas, where students learn firsthand from the unique perspectives of practices led by invited architects, artists, and curators.

The Ecuadorian Council for Sustainable Building, in collaboration with the World Green Building Council's international agenda, is organizing Sustainable Construction Week in Ecuador.
