The acclaimed studio Miró Rivera Architects has published a 448-page monograph, entitled Miró Rivera Architects: Building a New Arcadia. Designed by the award-winning architects, the book features 20 of the firm’s most remarkable projects brought to life through 230 color photographs and 95 drawings. Featuring essays by notable thinkers and cutting-edge practitioners in the fields of architecture and urban design, Building a New Arcadia situates the firm’s diverse portfolio in a global context related to concepts of nature, sustainability, history, and urban design.
TRAC – Tresoldi Academy is an innovative educational project, created by STUDIO STUDIO STUDIO of Edoardo Tresoldi and YAC Young Architects Competitions with the aim of offering workshops where young people can gain exposure to the issues surrounding contemporary art. Through the creation of site-specific installations, the participants can contribute to enhancing the value of the territories where they are installed. TRAC – Tresoldi Academy positions itself between art and architecture. Young talented people will have the opportunity to take part in the creative process of one of the most prestigious and well-regarded brands in contemporary art. It will be a cycle of training activities oriented as “know how to imagine” (concept and design of an artistic installation) and “know-how” (the production of the installation).

The main focus of the project is to mitigate Climate Change and also to achieve Sustainable Development Goals 6 (clean water and sanitation) and 11 (sustainable cities and communities). As a part of this initiative, LEDeG is launching a Global Design Competition on solutions to resolve problems in high-altitude towns, under Work Package 4.8 of the Liveable Leh project.
Open Source Design is the development of ideas without the retention of intellectual property. The goal of this initiative is to propagate a community of designers that are enthusiastic to selfless creation. The Open Source Design Library is a by-product of ARC.HV's experimental study, The 4th Dimension. The products currently range from furniture pieces, installations, jewellery, modular shelters and animal pods. The objective is to use locally available materials consciously with minimum wastage while following a DIY method of making or easy assembly in construction. Some thoughts were so “BIG,” that they envisioned inhabiting the moon or making plans for a Masterplanet.
The new Global Master in Real Estate Development program is designed for professionals with backgrounds in various fields, from finance or economics to architecture, and from engineering to law. The aim of this degree is for students to explore the relationship between real estate development, investment and city infrastructure from a wholly global perspective. The program is based on the principles of sustainability, digital innovation and real estate technology transformation.

The architecture of Arne Jacobsen and Otto Weitling is of outstanding importance for postwar modernism in Germany. At the same time, the quality of their projects has fallen into oblivion. The curators Hendrik Bohle and Jan Dimog would like to close this gap in the public perception with the touring exhibition and the accompanying publication.
