EASA (European Architecture Students Assembly) is the largest non-for-profit decentralised Architecture Network in Europe, bringing together students and young creatives from the fields of Architecture, Urbanism, Arts and Design to collaborate in a horizontal learning process at the intersection of education and practice.

Beyond Housing invites us to consider the links between both the practice and theory of creative architectural design. Celebrating its fifth year, the exhibition showcases student work from the Design Studio Epsilon, the capstone design subject for undergraduate Bachelor of Design students majoring in Architecture.

Plausible Realities explores the captivating realm of architectural visualization through the lens of Olivier Campagne's digital-image studio. Based in Paris, his eponymous practice has earned acclaim for its collaboration with architectural firms such as Baukunst (Belgium), Bruther (France), and Arrhov Frick (Sweden). Rather than merely serving as a conduit for design illustration, his visualization studio is involved from early design phases to collaboratively develop an architectural imagination that creatively guides projects forward. As such, Campagne's work encapsulates the essence of the unbuilt, capturing the speculative with a photographer's eye. His work is characterized by the ability to seamlessly merge reality with digital artistry. By infusing his compositions with the mundane dimensions of the urban realm, Campagne crafts images that resonate with authenticity and immediacy, inviting contemplation on the plausibility of imagined realities.

DxD Block Party: Helen Liu Fong Day is an annual free public event that connects hundreds of students of all ages with local architecture, design, engineering, and construction professionals. This year’s event will be hosted by East Los Angeles College (1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, California 91754) on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 9 am to 2 pm.

REBUILD is the benchmark meeting point for all building professionals, characterised by its emphasis on industrialised construction. Since its first edition, the event has focused on industrialisation, digitalisation and sustainability, its three key axes.

Erieta Attali, one of the most commanding architectural photographers working today, began her career working on archaeological sites, including Delos, the mythic birthplace of both Apollo and Artemis. Indeed, no sooner had photography been invented in the Nineteenth century than it became a key tool for archaeologists, recording the layers progressively revealing ancient civilizations from architectural fragments and traces on the ground. But for Attali to make images of an archaeological site goes far beyond literal documentation to capturing a topographical vision, extending often to the horizon, or even on the open sea and the sense it gives us of the curvature of the earth.

Louis Stern Fine Arts is pleased to present Richard Neutra: Travel Drawings, on display March 23-May 4, 2024. Richard Neutra (1892-1970) is best known as an icon in the world of architecture, whose notable residential and commercial projects exemplified the functional principles and minimalist aesthetics of the mid-century modern movement. The lively drawings in this exhibition, executed during the architect’s numerous travels throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas over the course of the 1950s and 1960s, manifest the same empathetic and curious spirit that characterized Neutra’s architectural practice. Serving as a form of communication that transcended language barriers, these expressive drawings offer a profound window into the perspective and interior life of their celebrated maker.
