Leading architects join Banksy and Sir Antony Gormley for Article 25’s flagship online auction fundraiser

Article 25’s 10x10 online art auction is open for bidding and will be accessible until 8.30 pm on the 1st of December. Now in its eleventh year, 10x10 features work from over 100 artists, architects, sculptors, photographers, and designers offering their reflections on our urban outdoor spaces and bringing together the likes of Banksy and Sir Antony Gormley, with leading architects including Sir David Adjaye. Proceeds will go towards Article 25’s humanitarian design and build projects focusing on housing, safe schools and effective clinics and hospitals worldwide.

The auction’s theme this year is Urban Outdoors, inspired by the growing importance of outdoor spaces, especially during difficult times like a pandemic. The theme plays nicely to some of the auction’s major contributors, including Banksy, whose graffiti-based work is synonymous with outdoor urban spaces.

Proceeds will support the charity’s growing number of global projects, including expanding the facilities at a school in Niger where adult literacy rates are at 15% and the development of an inclusive preschool, supporting children with disabilities in Tanzania.
