Toronto Society of Architects TSL Virtual Pride Floats

Ready to join a virtual parade? Looking to create new, inventive and unique shared spaces for community and celebration while we all do our part staying home, the Toronto Society of Architects is taking our Pride celebrations to the virtual public realm with a one-of-a-kind design challenge.

Our Virtual Pride line-up is a collection of 8 fantastical inhabitable 3D virtual spaces designed by architects, designers and artists around this year’s theme OUT: What does it mean to be out when you are staying in? How does space alter the experience of private and public life? How do we celebrate outness architecturally?

The Virtual Floats, hosted on Mozilla Hubs, are online community spaces, allowing us to celebrate virtually together even when staying apart.
