Learning Center / Sebastian Mariscal Studio The city of Tijuana is in constant acceleration as it keeps pace with the people that rush to approach it with increasing intensity. It offers the virtue of contrast for this Learning Center clothed in aged wood. The façade bears no signs and no indication of what the building holds, rather it invites the curious visitor to find for himself a plaza where water pours slowly into a pool, calling the sun’s rays to dance on its surface (read more…)
Boucicaut Logements / Brenac + Gonzalez Stéphane Chalmeau shared with us this bricked housing building in downtown Paris, France designed by Brenac + Gonzalez Atelier d’Architecture. It shows two different volumes, merging with both, the red roofs of the low height houses and the white volumes of the housing buildings next to it, demonstrating a great respect for the context (read more…)
Automotive Intelligence Center / ACXT A complex of 3 buildings and landscaping destined for R&D+i in the Automotive Sector. Two of the buildings are intended for use as Development Units (halls) with laboratories and small-scale production.
