The USGBC Multifamily Midrise Design Competition, presented by the U.S. Green Building Council, is designed to provide innovative industry leading architects a unique opportunity to present their solutions to sustainable multifamily midrise design.
This competition calls upon applicants to design a new 4-6 story residential mixed-use building in combination with the gut-rehab renovation of an existing building on a specific site in the City of New Orleans.
